The world has lost an awesome drummer, an idol, someone many people admired... and someone who was, no doubt, a great person in life. Jimmy was very talented, not only being one of the best drummers in the world, he also had a great voice... Sullivan was not only the drummer for avenged sevenfold, he was also the led-vocalist in his a Synyster Gates' side-proyect "Plinky Smooth". James Sullivan played multiple instruments, such as drums, guitar, bass and piano. He wrote the Avenged Sevenfold song "A little piece of heaven" almost completely on his own. The Rev passed away on 28th of december, 2009 he was found dead at his home in Huntington Beach, California. The Orange County Police Department are investigating his death and have said that it appears to be due to natural causes. Even though The Rev's life was so short, he has left us great music. My thoughts are with Jimmy's wife, his family, Avenged Sevenfold, and all his friends. Jimmy, you are my hero! Thanks for learning me so much. I feel so terrible... Along with thousands Avenged Sevenfoldfans... Rest in Peace! You have gone to eternal rest, i hope you find a little piece of heaven in this afterlife.
